This is an interesting piece of news on Bloomberg.com

I should think the rich and those with savings and investments are worried at the moment and thinking the UK is becoming expensive while their personal security has dropped and crime has shot through the roof. They, under Labour, are getting less for their money. Is it time to decamp and search for more for your money abroad? Some stories are going around that savings and investments over one thousand are going to get hammered for tax, along with those who own property and those who own cars. But are we living in the real world?

when did the national debt hit 3 trillion – Search, and it is just going to get worse if they don’t do anything about it.

National Debt Reaches $38.86 Trillion, Increased $2.64 Trillion Year over Year, $7.23 Billion Per Day – National Debt Reaches $38.86 Trillion, Increased $2.64 Trillion Year over Year, $7.23 Billion Per Day – U.S. Congress Joint Economic Committee

So to sum up the USA national debt has reached 38.86 trillion US dollars, an increase of $2.64 trillion year on year, and the UK has reached three trillion, never mind all the other countries and all the Corporate debt from Bonds and outstanding loans, plus household debt and consumer debt and the stock market is making new highs. Something is wrong all that is going to happen is the debt will keep growing. Is the average person in the street feeling wealthier? What are tax receipts in the tax office, especially in the USA with tariffs and the UK under Labour raising taxes?
